I’ve consistently proven myself to be a strong and effective leader, with deep expertise in both opening and turning around communities. My experience spans building budgets from the ground up, leading new construction projects, and developing comprehensive marketing plans to drive occupancy.
In addition, I’ve successfully navigated numerous state surveys and can assist you with preparing for or responding to survey results. Whether your needs are strategic, operational, or regulatory, I bring hands-on knowledge and a results-driven approach to support your success.
